Ingredients:

How to assemble it?

Peel and chop the onion, finely chop the garlic cloves and chop until use. We prepare a deep bowl, then put the liver, giblets, onions, and garlic, then add half the amount of spices, black pepper, and salt, stir the elements collectively, and put them in the refrigerator for at least 1/2 hour.

Bring a deep saucepan for cooking, put vegetable oil in it, then raise the liver and giblets and go away on the stove so that the liver and giblets are cooked properly.

Rinse the rice with blood-free water, then separate it from the rice to drain.

We take out the liver and giblets from the pot and drain them from the oil, then put the rice on the oil and let it fry in a little oil and stir, then cover with warm water with a little salt and chicken broth and cover the pot until the rice is cooked.

Add the relaxing amount of spices, liver, and giblets to the rice before it's fully cooked, and close the pot until all the ingredients are cooked collectively.

Pour rice with liver and giblets into a serving dish, along with yogurt, salad with tahini, and french fries.
