Let's put the sugar in the pan and let the sugar melt while the stove is on low heat.

Do not stir until some of the sugar has dissolved. When it starts to melt a little, let's mix it with a wooden spoon. When the sugar has completely melted, add half a pack of cream and mix.

Let it cook for 2-3 minutes on low heat, then add the butter and mix again until it melts.

Let it continue to cook in this way for 1 minute.

Then we can take it from the stove. I shaped it in a curved silicone mold. (If you have different silicone molds, you can also prepare them, or if you do not have a mold, you can prepare this recipe as a whole by placing the greaseproof paper in a small bowl. When it freezes, you can slice it with a knife.)

Let's distribute the caramel into the mold without waiting for it to cool down.

Let's place hazelnuts in the middle of the caramels.

Let it freeze for 20 minutes by putting it in the freezer.

Let's melt 60 grams of chocolate, close to taking it out of the freezer, in a bain-marie, and put it in a piping bag. After removing the caramel part from the freezer, let's add the melted chocolate to the middle part.

Since the bottom is cold, the chocolate will freeze in a short time.

I tapped the mold on the counter several times to make the chocolate on the top look even.

Then take it back to the freezer and wait for it to freeze for 10 minutes and then serve it. It comes out of the mold very easily.
