I took the other ingredients except for flour and salt into the mixing bowl and mixed them.
Then I prepared a soft dough by adding salt and flour in a controlled manner. (a little sticky)
After preparing the dough, I divided it into 18 equal parts and turned it into a meringue.
I poured the melted butter and oil mixture into my debt, and I pressed the meringues with my hand to ensure that they were thoroughly lubricated both front and back.
Then I covered my pyrex with cling and let it rest for 20 minutes.
Then I took each meringue on the counter and opened it by hand, then I folded both sides of my dough, added the stuffing, folded it from both sides, and wrapped it in the form of a roll, (open the dough with your hands while wrapping it) and placed it on the tray.
I applied the same process for all doughs.
I brushed them with egg yolk, sprinkled them with black cumin and sesame seeds, and cooked them in a preheated 180-degree upside-down setting until they were golden brown. About 35-40 minutes.
