1 package of butterfly pasta
3 phyllo dough
3 eggs
2 cups of milk

We boil the pasta and strain it.
Whisk the milk, oil, and eggs with the addition of salt.
We add three-quarters of this sauce to the pasta and mix.
We grease our baking tray and lay the first phyllo dough.
The edges of the dough will remain outside.
Take half of the pasta with sauce and spread it on the tray.
Divide the second phyllo in half, put half of it on the tray, and spread the cheese and parsley.
We cover the other half of the dough and wet the dough with the sauce that we separated between these processes.
The edges of the first phyllo are folded inwards at this stage.
We spread the remaining pasta on the second floor.
We cover the top with the last phyllo and spread the remaining sauce on the top with a brush.
After about an hour in the middle section at 225 degrees, a big tray of water pastry is ready.
If you apply a little water with a brush when you take it out of the oven, the top of the pastry will be soft. And of course, it will get better as it rests.
